We know that once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive it! We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@brightsidewatersports.com

Standard shipping time in the US is between 3-5 business days, though it can vary slightly depending on the destination. For large, heavy items such as the Vanhunks and BKC kayaks,  transit time is between 10-14 business days. Freight congestion may cause additional delays. 

We distribute nationwide via UPS and Fedex. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide expedited or international shipping.  

We have a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer a full refund. Returns requested after 30 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@brightsidewatersports.com  to receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and at this point, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
