How do I place an order?

  • After you’ve chosen an item you'd like to purchase, select your quantity and click on the ADD TO CART button.
  • Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to proceed to the checkout page.
  • Follow the guidelines on the order page to complete your purchase

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, & Shop Pay

What are the costs of shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $200 within the United States (excluding some of our hardshell kayaks, SUPs, & inflatable boats that are particularly large or heavy). 


International Shipping:

At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States and require a billing and shipping address in the US. 


Order Confirmation:

We know that once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive it! We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within five business days from the date of your orderPlease be sure to check your inbox or spam folder when checking for email receipt.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization:

When an order is placed with Brightside Watersports, our credit card processor pre-authorizes the transaction amount on your card, but your credit card isn’t actually charged until we are ready to ship your order.  Please note that while the pre-authorization will show up on your credit card statement, the actual charge isn’t executed until the order is ready to ship.


Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@brightsidewatersports.com

Standard shipping time in the US is between 3-5 business days, though it can vary slightly depending on the destination. For large, heavy items such as the Vanhunks and BKC kayaks,  transit time is between 10-14 business days. Freight congestion may cause additional delays. 


Damaged Orders:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@brightsidewatersports.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
